Regent-Office is a distributor of office paper and stationery goods. Regent-Office own and partner’s brands portfolio covers all office consumer needs in quality goods of medium price segment that are in increasing demand in offices.

Since 1993 we have been distributing Stora Enso office papers under ZOOM brand as exclusive supplier to Russia and achieved substantial market share. In 2005 Regent-Office launched on the market its own private label NOTA (office, color and self-adhesive paper, envelops).

In 2006 the company expanded its line of business by purchasing the folder-making production with an output of more than 50 million files with perforation or more than 1 million folders made of rigid plastic per year.

At the beginning of 2007 Regent-Office extended its range of office products by purchasing the stationery brand Lamark. The production of Lamark is brand-new, stylish and of high quality. Wide assortment of production is in line with strict demands of up-to-date consumers of office production.

In 2008 Regent-Office started distribution of Colorit color papers (VIDA Paper, Sweden).

Special demands by particular customers are covered with the stylish and high quality office goods by Durable, distributed by Regent-Office since 1995.

Regent-Office is signed as distributor with 2 main office paper producers in Russia – International Paper (Svetocopy and Ballet brands) and Mondi Business Paper (Snegurochka and Maestro brands).

We are focused on distribution of off-the-shelf stationary brands through wholesalers, regional dealers and hypermarkets. We are working for example with such well-known retail chains as Auchan and Selgros. We sell our products not just in Moscow – our clients are from different cities across Russia. We are trying to tune our business up so that our clients may always get the highest quality of service.

While expanding its share of the market, Regent-Office provides its dealers with wide-ranging marketing support. Thus the company produces name-insert catalogues allowing dealers to put on their own labels with their addresses. “Of course, our clients can produce their own catalogues, but that's difficult and costly, while we are right there with our ready-made products”, said Sergei Ignatiev, Regent-Office's Managing Director.

Contacts with stores are in the focus too. Alexey Korneev, Regent-Office's Marketing Director: “Retail is the shop-window for the world of stationery and our intention is to put in this window the brands we deal with. We provide the stores with a variety of product promotion programs, and also provide them with advertising and P.O.S materials such as fliers, wobblers, mobiles, trial packs and souvenir products, and we carry out various promotion campaigns”.

Regent-Office develops training programs for its clients, holds on-site workshops including with the participation of suppliers. “We're interested in boosting the sales of our dealers, and to this end when we introduce our products to them, we advise them on how to show their strong points in the best way”, said Sergei Ignatiev.

We have three central warehouses – the one in Finland (near Russian border), the second one in Tver (near Moscow) and the third in Moscow (for goods with high velocity of turnover).

Regent-Office has wide experience in customs clearance and has trustworthy status in North-Western Directorate of Federal Customs Service of Russian Federation.

Our head office is situated in Moscow and we dispose of 8 regional subsidiaries each with warehouse. From three central warehouses we distribute our stocks to customers and regional warehouses.
