The focus: distribution of off-the-shelf stationery brands through wholesalers, regional dealers and branches . The range of stationery products is based on well-known brands in the medium price brackets: quality goods that are in increasing demand in offices. In the field of office paper, priority positions are taken by ZOOM and Tecnis, Flying Colours paper, APLI and Wasch self-adhesive labels and Bong envelops. The most prominent stationery items are from Durable and Esselte. While expanding its share of the market, Regent-Office provides its dealers with wide-ranging marketing support. Thus the company produces name-insert catalogues allowing dealers to put on their own labels with their addresses. “ Of course, our clients can produce their own catalogues, but that's difficult and costly, while we are right there with our ready-made products”, said Alexander Serbin.
Contacts with stores are in the focus too. Sergei Ignatiev, Regent-Office's Sales Director: “Retail is the shop-window for the world of stationery and our intention is to put in this window the brands we deal with. We provide the stores with a variety of product promotion programs, and also provide them with advertising and P.O.S materials such as fliers, wobblers, mobiles, trial packs and souvenir products, and we carry out various promotion campaigns”.
